When you rent a bike, the count of days starts at 09:00 on the day of collection and ends at 17:00 on the day of return. Upon special request, you can collect your bike the evening before the beginning of the rental, but this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Our bike-hire center opening times are 9:00 am to 17:00 Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and 09:00-13:00 Wednesdays and Saturdays. You can collect and return your bike on your paid days during these times. Upon request, the bike can be returned outside og the operating hours mentioned above.
Delivery within 15km from our bike station in Kato Paphos is included in the bike hire cost. Delivery to other locations in Cyprus is also possible for a small fee. Simply provide your designated address and ask us for a quote. Bike deliveries start at 09:00 on the first day, and bike collection is at 17:00 on the last day. If circumstances allow it (i.e., your arrival time and date), we can deliver the evening before the start of the rental, but this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Although locks are not included in your bike hire, we can provide one upon request. Kindly note that we do not recommend leaving the bike unattended, and that if the bike is stolen during your rental period, you will be responsible for the full cost of replacing the bike.
Bikes are not insured. Kindly note that we offer a 3 Euro/day/bike insurance cover policy that applies to minor scratches and damage to the bikes (we do not require a deposit). Unfortunately, no supplier offers insurance for bike theft in Cyprus.
